Job Summary The Receptionist manages the front desk, performs administrative and clerical tasks, and provides high‑quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments, check in clients, and maintain records and accounts.
Welcome patients and visitors in person or by telephone; answer or refer inquiries.
Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Manage office inventory and equipment: monitor stock levels, place orders, verify receipt, and schedule service/repairs.
Qualifications
Knowledge:
University/college degree is an asset; familiarity with phone systems; previous experience with Microsoft Office.
Skills:
Flexibility, customer service, attention to detail, scheduling, professionalism, quality focus.
Abilities:
Multitasking, time management, organization.
