Description of Position CCBC is seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to support adults seen through CCBC outpatient services and CCBC mobile crisis services. The Recovery Coach works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to offer comprehensive services and supports to meet the individual’s needs. The role includes providing support to peers over the phone, through in-person appointments and through virtual appointments.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with clients in or thinking about recovery

Engage clients to develop wellness plans and relapse prevention plans

Provide information on community, wellness and recovery resources that meet the member’s needs.

Participate in regularly scheduled clinical supervision, staff meetings, staff development and training curriculum

Accompany members to provider appointments and meetings to enhance the recovery experience (AA, Faith Based, etc.) using personal vehicle for transportation.

Collaborate with established natural supports and community providers.
