Sales Manager
to lead our Fort Wayne, IN sales team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with proven
B2B outside sales experience in the imaging industry , including both
software and hardware solutions , who thrives in a performance-driven, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Results:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Team Leadership:
Recruit, develop, coach, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives within the Indianapolis territory
Customer Experience:
Ensure Applied Innovation delivers
fast, friendly, and amazing customer service
to all clients
Market Growth:
Expand market share by prospecting, developing new client relationships, and consistently closing new business
Culture Champion:
Model and reinforce Applied Innovation’s values and culture internally and with client organizations
Qualifications
High-capacity, self-managed individual with strong accountability
Demonstrated success in B2B outside sales leadership, preferably within the imaging or technology industry
Excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong passion for learning, adopting, and leveraging imaging technology solutions
Highly motivated, positive, and results-oriented mindset
Sales leadership experience, preferred
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience
Ability to maintain and manage a sales territory as a
Selling Sales Manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or other alcohol-related moving violations within the past five years)
