Specialized Training and Supervision in the Treatment of Childhood Adversity/Trauma Starting December 2025 Vineland, NJ

Approved clinical supervision provided toward LCSW/LPC.

Gain experience utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a short-term, evidence-based treatment for children/adolescents who have experienced trauma. As part of a multidisciplinary team under the direction of Esther Deblinger, Ph.D.,

co-developer of TF-CBT , responsibilities include providing assessments and therapy to children/adolescents and families impacted by trauma. Services may be provided in-person and/or by telehealth. Didactics related to childhood trauma and

formal training and supervision in TF-CBT

provided.

Full-time, temporary almost two-year position (December 2025-September 2027).

Qualified candidates include those interested in providing evidence-based treatment to children/adolescents impacted by childhood adversity. Licensure in the State of New Jersey by the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners or the State Board of Social Work Examiners (LAC/LSW) is required. The ability to communicate in Spanish preferred but not required. Travel between the two CARES sites (Vineland and Stratford) and to CP&P offices may be required. Evening hours required two days per week.

SALARY INFORMATION

In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is

$56,152.58 to $63,894.57 , with placement within the range determined by candidate's qualifications, professional experience, internal equity, and other factors.
