Summary
Ensures that guests receivea speedy and efficient check in/ out. Ensures that thecashiering procedures are strictly adhered to, that all floats are usedappropriately in accordance to Policies & Procedures set by Finance. Ensures that theguests’ bill are presented and collected accordingly.
Handles all arrivaland departure records according to the Standards set in the DepartmentalOperations Manual.
Ensures a high level ofproduct knowledge of hotel and local area Ensures a high levelof liaison is maintained between Front Office and all other departments withinthe Hotel.
To be knowledgeableand promotes/ upsells Rooms, Outlets and other facilities/ programmes whenever opportunities arises.
