Located in Farmington, MO, Cohen‑Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a service‑oriented Leasing Agent for our Orchard View property.
Base Pay Range $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr

Responsibilities The Leasing Agent is responsible for finding prospects and guiding them through the entire leasing process—from initial phone call to property tour and completion of lease/application paperwork. This role extends beyond showcasing apartments; it requires understanding each prospect’s needs by following up via phone, text, email, and social media.
