Job Summary The Evaluation Center, housed within the College of Education, is seeking a Research Administrative Coordinator to support research and evaluation projects. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful project execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement quantitative and qualitative data collection strategies.
Conduct data analyses and interpret findings.
Synthesize project components into clear, cohesive reports.
Oversee project compliance, including IRB requirements and deliverable.
Manage internal and external reporting obligations.
Collaborate with the project team to define scope, roles, and responsibilities.
Assist with budget tracking and financial oversight.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project inquiries.
Maintain both macro and micro perspectives to manage complex projects effectively.
Create data visualizations for reporting and presentations.
IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered).
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Survey design experience, Excels in Microsoft Office, Project Management software, dashboards, Qualtrics, work well with faculty, self‑starter, independent worker who takes initiative.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience Strong interpersonal skills, ability to monitor, analyze, and consult on projects. Advanced organization and writing skills.
