Talent Acquisition Specialist | DC, MD, VA | HR & SCL | LHH Recruitment Solutions LHH is partnering with a well‑known public accounting firm in Fredericksburg, VA, to hire a

Temporary Administrative Coordinator

with a focus on supporting the firm’s busy tax season. This onsite role runs from January through May. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of administrative experience and be available Monday through Friday. The hourly pay rate is

$21–$23 , depending on experience. Prior familiarity with

W-2s, 1099s, or general tax documentation

Responsibilities

Review incoming client

tax documents

for accuracy and completeness

Prepare, organize, and maintain tax‑related files according to established procedures

Scan, label, and electronically archive documents in internal systems

Create and maintain electronic binders for efficient document access

Upload tax forms and supporting records to designated internal folders

Provide general administrative coordination to support the tax team during peak workloads

Requirements

Proficiency in

MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail

Prior experience working with

1040 tax documents

is preferred

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to travel for one week of training

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or tax‑related coursework a plus)

Prior administrative or coordinator experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with

1099s, W-2s , and other standard tax documents required
