Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, route calls appropriately, and ensure timely follow-up.
Collect and verify client information, input and maintain records into Firm’s case management system, and ensure compliance with firm standards.
Decipher accident details and properly relay information to attorneys, paralegals, and team members.
Explain retainer agreement and documentation clearly to potential new clients.
Successfully execute case handoff from Intake to assigned attorney/paralegal team.
Maintain relationships with referral partners to ensure smooth case transition.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with legal terminology and case management systems are preferred.
Proficient in Office 365 suite.
Performance Metrics
Timeliness of client intake completion.
Accuracy of data entry and documentation.
Maintain client satisfaction standards.
