CNA Transportation Driver - Tupelo Community Care Center (Healthcare)

We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of CNA Transportation Driver at Tupelo Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. Qualifications and Responsibilities
Must be a current Certified Nursing Assistant. Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services to provide transportation services for facility residents using the facility van. Schedule medical appointments in collaboration with nursing staff. Transport residents to and from their medical appointments. Ensure that proper medical documents are accurate for transport to medical visits/appointments. Maintain safety and comfort of residents during transportation. Keep a detailed log of all transports. Maintain the routine van mileage log. Coordinate with facility maintenance to schedule routine van maintenance.
