Salary $16.50 - $24.75 hourly; $34,320 - $51,480 annually. This position is a Pay Band C2.
Why does the job exist? Incumbent will be responsible for the daily tracking of resident movement in Long Term Care (LTC); responsible for creating and coordinating resident assessments and scheduling all of LTC residents for treatment planning; prepares, maintains, and updates resident treatment planning schedules on a regular basis or as needed.
How does it get done? Incumbent will communicate with LTC Administration staff, nursing staff, and Health Information Management Department daily to verify or inform of any changes of resident movement to ensure accurate census.

Ideal Candidate
Experience working with clerical duties
Experience working with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Experience in auditing confidential charts
Experience with transmitting patients orders for processing
Minimum Qualification Eighth grade education.
Employment Requirements Must pass a background check.
Working Conditions Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to VDT and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending, and reaching may be required. Direct client interaction and some travel may be required.
