Responsibility
Efficient record‑keeping and inventory management.
Work through mechanical puzzles alone or with team lead assistance to showcase troubleshooting acumen.
Gauge repair feasibility and ensure open communication on necessary interventions.
Tackle repair tasks efficiently and see them through to resolution.
Collaborate with contractors to align efforts with ongoing projects.
Liaise with purchasing to secure all repair needs.
Accept improvement initiatives focused on refining equipment or process flows.
Participate in structured improvement exercises like 5S to reinforce a proactive stance.
Continuously enhance maintenance strategies to set yourself apart.
Qualifications
Over 2 years of maintenance support experience, including troubleshooting, scheduling, and electrical repairs.
Certification or technical training relevant to the role is a plus.
Direct experience with CNC machines, ovens, or similar systems is highly advantageous.
Ability to navigate broad‑range technical challenges and collaborate effectively.
Physical agility and capability to perform tasks in demanding conditions.
Compensation Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $23.00/hr
