Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills and the ability to learn various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Inventory Management applications
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4 PM | $20/hr.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties
Provide excellent customer service
Purchase products and goods/materials that meet company standards
Review and approve assigned inventory forecast
Assess existing orders to expedite delivery
Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders
Coordinate vendor returns
Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and assigned customers
Product customer KPI measurement data
Perform other duties as assigned
