Position Overview We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our San Croix property, a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas. The role involves maintaining high‑quality living environments through skilled repairs and proactive maintenance.
Position Requirements
One year with a professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC.
Working knowledge of grounds/common areas.
Appliance repairs, service requests, and apartment preparation.
Able to attend on‑call after‑hour emergencies at least 3 days per week.
Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training.
Working weekends will be required. Must have reliable transportation.
Drug testing required and background check is mandatory.
Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others.
Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude.
Required Certifications
Universal HVAC EPA certification.
CPO (swimming pool) certification within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified.
Driver’s License (Preferred).
HVAC Certification (Preferred).
Schedule
8‑hour shift.
Weekends as needed.
Salary $21/hr
