Crane Operator
We are looking for a skilled Crane Operator to join
Koch Engineered Solutions , located in Stanton, TX.

What You Will Do
Operate a crane to lift, move, and position loads such as components, equipment, and solid or bulk materials; perform final inspections and document results.
Plan all lifts using proper capacity charts and complete pre‑lift/critical lift sheets.
Observe load hook‑up and determine safety viability.
Manipulate crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement.
Use appropriate hoisting attachments (hook, sling, clamps, etc.).
Perform daily crane inspections.
Clean and maintain crane and hoisting mechanisms.
Observe equipment functioning to identify hazards and need for adjustments, repairs, or replacements.

Follow OPD and client safety policies and procedures.
Be aware of changing conditions on an active jobsite.
Be on time to the jobsite each day ready for work.

Physical Demands
Capable of working outdoors in extreme heat, humidity, cold, and high elevations, including muddy or snowy conditions.
Lifting and carrying awkward objects up to 60 lbs.
Willing and able to work shifts up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week when needed.
Perform routine moving, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, crawling, twisting, reaching, and bending.
Maintain good hand‑eye coordination.
Use hands to handle, control, and feel objects and tools.
Basic Qualifications
Valid Crane Operator license from an accredited institution for an all‑terrain crane.
Valid Crane Operator physical.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum two years of crane operation experience.
Completed OSHA equipment operating courses as required.
Familiarity with standard hand signals.
Willing to travel; extended periods away from home in remote areas.
Willing to work outdoors in extreme conditions.
Willing to attend mandatory safety meetings.
Willing to work in a team environment.
Meet physical requirements listed above.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in oil and gas construction.
Experience with computerized control systems.
NCCCO certification.
Crawler crane certification.
