Sr. Customer Service and Sales Representative - Automotive
at Arconic Roll Products HQ, Davenport Works Operations facility.

Responsibilities
Provide direct customer service to assigned customers to facilitate business objectives.
Manage day‑to‑day account activities and act as liaison between the business and customers.
Deliver value‑added services to achieve highest customer satisfaction.
Operate with little or no supervision, managing multiple customers, locations.
Book customer orders, process non‑standard orders, check status, expedite orders and resolve related problems.
Establish and enhance positive customer relationships.
Work with Supply Chain Management to ensure material availability.
Translate customer requirements and specifications before order entry.
Prepare written quotations and pricing.
Cooperate with Outside Sales to develop new business opportunities with existing customers.
Guide support staff on the customer order cycle process.
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Customer and Personal Service experience.
Negotiation and conflict resolution.
Service orientation and proactive assistance.
Written and verbal communication.
Inductive reasoning, pattern recognition, and analytical thinking.
Dependability, integrity, and stress tolerance.
Active listening, critical thinking, monitoring, and time management.
Problem sensitivity and ability to identify potential issues.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/customer service, supply chain, accounting, or information systems.
Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
U.S. person status required per ITAR.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in sales/customer service, accounting, information systems or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with multiple complex computer systems.
Data analysis skills across multiple sources.
