Customer Service Representative Kelly Services is in need of dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for a full‑time, onsite opportunity in Telford, PA.

Job Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will process incoming customer orders, quotes, and requests for product information. This role involves establishing and communicating product price and availability, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service and administrative support.

Pay Range $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Major Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders and requests for quotes

Handle all telephone and email inquiries related to orders, shipments, pricing, and availability

Analyze potential opportunities for cross‑sell and up‑sell

Assist with identification and management of equipment assets

Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently, placing customers in contact with the proper department when required

Collaborate with the sales organization and other company departments to meet team objectives

Maintain up‑to‑date product line knowledge

Act as lead point of contact for Return Goods Authorization (RGA’s), Credit Memos, and cost of quality order processing

Liaison between scheduling, shipping, purchasing, sales, and engineering to facilitate order fulfillment issues and updates

Perform data entry and keep accurate customer records

Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat

Maintain professional phone etiquette and manage multiple calls effectively

Qualifications

High school diploma required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or inside sales roles preferred

Previous experience in a call center or manufacturing environment preferred

Strong computer knowledge required, including MS Office and CRM system management

Proficient in MS Excel reporting and documentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven record of accuracy and attention to detail

Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus

Strong active listening and service orientation

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively

Must be able to work fully onsite; remote work is not available
