Responsibilities
Maintain the production schedule while ensuring safety compliance.
Execute work according to directives received from the Superintendent.
Operate heavy machinery proficiently.
Maintain the quality of work performed and materials delivered.
Understand and enforce the quality control standards required in the plans and specifications.
Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to the crew; hold the crew accountable to compliance, quality, and safety of the project.
Qualifications
Experience in underground utility construction.
Strong management skills and the ability to supervise employees.
FDOT experience preferred.
