Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW: This role oversees the daily maintenance and safety of the building, coordinating with CURE’s contracted vendors to ensure a clean, functional, and secure facility. The position manages all incoming shipments, including verification, ERP receiving, and accurate tracking of lot/serial numbers and expiration dates. The role also supports warehouse operations by operating a hi-lo, loading and unloading trucks and containers, and assisting with container builds, pallet preparation, and crate construction as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Responsible for all maintenance ordering and upkeep of the building interior including communication with CURE's contracted vendors for maintenance

Maintain safety and security policies and protocols throughout the building

Responsible for processing all incoming shipments which includes:

verification of product and quantity against packing list,

receiving product in ERP system ensuring accurate lot/serial number tracking and expiration dating, and

stocking the received items in the correct location in the warehouse

Driving hi-lo to place and pull products from appropriate warehouse locations

Loading and unloading containers, freight trucks and any other delivery vehicles

Assist with outgoing container builds by picking, packing, wrapping, and weighing pallets and/or equipment

Assist with building custom crates for equipment and/or supplies
