Cycle Counter Coordinator
to join their warehouse team. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy through daily and on-demand cycle counts, maintaining organized tracking systems, and assisting in resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the Cycle Count Team to achieve daily inventory goals Train team members on proper counting techniques and use of scales Create and organize cycle count sheets and schedules using SAP Review initial count results and coordinate secondary counts as needed Identify and execute necessary material movements found during the count process Communicate significant variances to warehouse management Serve as the point of contact for special inventory counting projects Complete and submit daily reports, including lost, empty location, and bump-out reports Prepare and submit variance findings and audit results to management Collaborate with accounting on count discrepancies and internal control issues Support general warehouse operations as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in accounting a plus Strong math and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Previous forklift or high-lift experience preferred (certification required within one month of hire) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Self-directed, dependable, and detail-focused Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending and movement throughout the shift Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment Why Choose Atlas Staffing?
