About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Merchandiser to join our e‑commerce team. This role is responsible for curating a refined, brand‑right digital shopping experience that reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and storytelling of a luxury brand. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a data‑driven approach to optimizing product presentation and overall site performance.

Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end merchandising strategy across the e‑commerce site, ensuring product placement, navigation, and storytelling align with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Curate seasonal assortments, collections, and featured edits to drive engagement and conversion while maintaining brand integrity.

Manage homepage, category, and landing page merchandising to support launches, campaigns, and key business moments.

Ensure product detail pages are fully optimized, accurate, and visually compelling, including imagery, copy, and cross‑sell recommendations.

Product Launches & Assortment Strategy

Partner with Production, Planning, and Creative teams to execute seamless product launches and seasonal rollouts.

Merchandise assortments based on performance, inventory levels, and customer behavior while preserving a curated, premium experience.

Monitor sell‑through, stock levels, and product visibility, making adjustments to maximize performance without over‑commercializing the site.

Data, Analytics & Optimization

Analyze site metrics including conversion, average order value (AOV), engagement, and product performance to inform merchandising decisions.

Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization of navigation, sorting, and content placement.

Provide regular insights and recommendations to enhance the digital shopping journey.

Qualifications

4–7+ years of experience in e‑commerce site merchandising.

Strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on experience using web analytics and e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus).

Exceptional attention to detail with a refined aesthetic sensibility.

Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience working within a luxury or premium brand environment.

Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and elevated digital storytelling.

Proven ability to balance commercial performance with brand integrity and brand storytelling.
