Responsibilities
Perform production activities for equipment set up, clean‑ups, packaging filling and labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.
Utilize Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, cleaning production area equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings.
Visually inspect incoming materials and finished goods, report non‑conformances and make minor corrections.
Perform all essential job functions affecting quality according to the quality system procedures and work instructions.
Run multiple machines, including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment; conduct line inspections, perform tasks on drum filling line, complete required quality checks and documentation.
Consistently run all packaging equipment and provide relief for other operators as assigned.
Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens.
Qualifications and Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior experience as a Production Operator.
Good math and communication skills.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Experience or ability to learn operator control panels.
Knowledge or ability to run automated casing equipment.
Mechanical aptitude to sequence equipment for proper start‑up and shutdown.
Ability to identify line problems, non‑conforming product and employ corrective actions.
Ability to perform repetitive stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and standing while operating equipment.
Valid forklift license and ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Will work 10½ hour shift with unpaid lunch.

Pay Range: $46,800 - $57,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
