Salary Range:
$52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues.
Install, relocate, and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to interpret technical documents such as schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Technical degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology) or equivalent apprenticeship.
Bonus Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Advanced hydraulic and pneumatic system repair expertise
