Take this exciting opportunity to be a part of the solution by joining the Supply Chain Team at Rutherford Regional Health System. You'll be a key player in providing the supplies that keep our patients safe. You'll work closely with the healthcare staff to ensure their supply needs are met. How You'll Contribute
Responsible for stocking and maintaining supplies across hospital departments using computer-assisted tools and standard inventory practices to support efficient patient care operations.
Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.
Stocks units with office and medical supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.
Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports documents errors or damages to management.
Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately.
Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.
Processes outgoing mail.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous supply chain experience preferred.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
Effective English communication (read, write, speak and understand).
Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
