This position is responsible for the planning and organizing of all craft production, which includes product developing/pricing, procurement of materials, and performing cost analysis to ensure new products are marketable.

Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:** Experience providing direct support and oversight to individuals with I/DD to include completion of classroom/work tasks.* Physical ability to interact with individuals performing a variety of onsite job duties.* Experience using teaching strategies to improve performance and/or increase independence.* Experience utilizing behavior management techniques, and task analysis techniques for individuals with I/DD.**The applicant will be required to successfully complete the Murdoch Developmental Center “Basic Training Series”; which includes, but is not limited to program library training, First Aid, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Techniques (NVCI), CPR, Body Mechanics and lifting.
