Requirements 1‑2 years of experience operating a sit‑down forklift in a warehouse or food/beverage manufacturing environment (preferred) Valid sit‑down forklift certification (required) Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365 (preferred) Availability for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Bilingual – English/Spanish (preferred)
Job Description Warehouse Forklift Operators (I) ensure each case/keg of kombucha is stored properly and transported between production areas, staging, and refrigerated trailers. Responsibilities also include re‑palletizing products and building orders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspect forklift and complete the daily checklist before operation Review daily order schedule for inbound, outbound, and transfer shipments Operate sit‑down forklift to move raw materials and finished product to designated areas Use RF scanner for systematic transactions, tracking inventory and pallet locations Escalate inconsistencies between systematic and physical quantities Manually re‑palletize finished product and wrap pallets with shrink wrap Load refrigerated trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and temperature maintenance Transport pallets to designated piles Adhere to quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards (GMPs, Lockout/Tagout, OSHA, etc.) Maintain a clean work area Perform occasional duties of a Warehouse Associate (I) Perform other assignments as needed
Physical Duties & Requirements Frequent moving, standing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 40 lbs.) Occasional manipulation of pallets (30 lbs.) Occasional overhead reaching and lifting (30‑40 lbs.) to open/close trailer doors Work near moving machinery and forklift batteries Primarily seated operation of forklift; may work in warm/humid environment (80‑90°F)
