Location: 766 Brackbill Rd, Gap, Pennsylvania, 17527 United States

Role Summary: Shift: Sunday - Wednesday; 6:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in the assigned department.

Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.

Be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.

Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.

Maintain high-level proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.

Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Work with all organizational levels, including fellow employees, customers, and management.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

High school degree or GED required.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-solving and reporting skills.

Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.

Maintain acceptable attendance.

Must be able to work overtime as required.

Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift.

Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.

Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.

Operate warehouse equipment safely.
