Overview Under supervision, provide service and portfolio support to Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers by servicing the Texas Client Relationship Mailbox. This position requires multi‑tasking skills, the ability to prioritize assignments, mastery of internal applications, and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Fulfill requests sent into the Texas Client Relationship Mailbox by external customers; answer questions and resolve problems. Tasks include pulling statements, confirming NSF transactions, providing balances, fulfilling transfers, processing wires, processing loan payments, aiding communication with GTS to set up online banking portals, changing addresses, explaining account activities, researching suspicious activities, processing fraud cases, processing credit card applications, etc.

Fulfill requests sent into the Texas Client Relationship Mailbox by internal customers; answer questions and resolve problems for Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers. Tasks include making transfers, providing required forms for specific transactions, research loan amounts and payment dates, provide balance information, refund and waive fees, receive commercial account opening requests, collect KYC documents, etc.

Work with internal departments to find answers and resolve problems. Familiarize yourself with the procedures, requirements and personnel of these departments, which include the wire department, loan department, Risk Management, BSA, GL servicing, CSBC customer service, CSBC new accounts, Branch support, physical branches, etc.

Take ownership of client needs and requests, answer questions and fulfill assignments in a timely manner, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Possess basic knowledge of banking operations.

Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients and contacts.

Strong customer‑service contact handling skills.

Ability to manage high‑volume inquiries in a timely manner.

Good organizational skills.

Ability to complete all core trainings.

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. – USD $26.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
