The Service and Support team is responsible for providing preventive maintenance, emergency on-site support, training, remote support, troubleshooting, and repair services on all JR Automation systems. As the Field Service Operations Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for sales order and job creation, scheduling service technicians, coordinating logistics of equipment transportation, communication with customers, and assisting with billing and collection activities.Join us as a **Field Service Operations Coordinator** in **Holland, MI** as we work together to bring innovative automation solutions to life.**How You’ll Make an Impact:*** Schedule and coordinate logistics for service technician travel and equipment transportation.* Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, arrival dates, and other service-related needs.* Assist field service team members with billing and collections.* Support the administration of warranty claims.* Track and report KPIs such as service response time, completion rate, backlog, and more.* Provide administrative support to field service management and team members as needed.* Assist with sales order and job creation.* Ensure all time, expenses, and reports are completed and attributed to each project.* Calculate and determine charges for customer invoices.* Resolve billing errors flagged by staff or customers.* Collaborate with Lifecycle Management leadership, Finance, and Accounting teams.* Follow up on outstanding open purchase orders.* Ensure bills are submitted for payment in a timely manner.* Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.* Assist with dispatching technicians as needed.* Open new jobs for service technician visits.* Order parts for technicians performing service calls or preventative maintenance.* Track parts to ensure timely arrival aligned with technician schedules.* Other duties as assigned.**Note:** This list of responsibilities is by no means inclusive; however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities.**What You’ll Bring:*** Associate degree or advanced education; Bachelor’s related experience or equivalent of preferred.* Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or service coordination role.* Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to multitask and work independently.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Experience using CRM software is a plus.* Knowledge of service scheduling and dispatching systems is a plus.**Disclaimer:** JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.**Company Overview:**
