Role Overview The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This includes identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and assisting field and maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations
Key Responsibilities
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
Maintain equipment in good, safe working order according to standards, report problems or deviations.
Ensure individual and crew work safety.
Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down times.
Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
Wear PPE and comply with HSE policies.
Maintain required safety training.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (minimum education requirement).
Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred for heavy equipment transport
Experience operating heavy equipment or in oilfield/industrial environments.
Knowledge of HSE standards
Physical ability to handle rig-up/rig-down tasks and work in outdoor conditions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
