Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate yard loader safely and efficiently to move materials.* Load customer trucks and plant hoppers with accuracy.* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Support team operations by following safety and production guidelines.**What Are We Looking For*** Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care.* Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.* Capability to work independently and as part of a team.* Attention to detail in equipment operation and material handling.* Reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Compliance with all company policies and safety standards is required.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $20.18 to $25.00 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
