Job Opening: Parish Musician / Hispanic Mass Choir Director
St. Mary Parish is seeking a faith-filled and skilled musician to support and enhance the liturgical life of our Hispanic community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accomplished proficiency in piano, be a vocalist with formal vocal training, and exhibit the capacity to direct and cultivate the parish choir. Responsibilities:
Provide music for the Spanish Masses on Sunday 12:30 PM, holy days, and special liturgies. Lead and accompany congregational singing with strong piano/vocal proficiency. Direct, rehearse, and support the parish choir, fostering musical and spiritual growth. Coordinate music selections in accordance with the liturgical calendar and Catholic teaching. Collaborate with parish clergy and staff to plan beautiful, reverent liturgies. Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in piano performance and vocal leadership. Experience directing choirs, preferably in a liturgical setting. Knowledge of Catholic liturgy, hymnody, and sacred music traditions. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a spirit of collaboration. To Apply:
