Job Summary: An Emmy-winning nationally broadcast daytime talk show is seeking a Digital/Social Producer to execute across all digital and social platforms for the 2025–2026 season. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on content creation and daily collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and logistical—experienced in digital/social storytelling, confident managing others, and tuned into evolving audience behaviors online.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on the planning and execution of digital/social content strategy across all platforms

Produce, write, and edit video and graphic content for social media and web

Guide the tone and voice of the brand across platforms, ensuring alignment with the show’s creative vision

Work directly with talent, guests, and producing teams to create original digital/social-first and behind-the-scenes content

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data and engagement goals

Stay current with trends in short-form video, social storytelling, and emerging platforms

Requirements:

4+ years of digital/social content experience in television, media, or entertainment

Prior experience managing a digital/social team or department

Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.), social copywriting, and graphic production

Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools

Ability to lead content strategy while also executing under tight daily deadlines

Exceptional communication and organization skills; thrives in a fast-paced production environment

Passion for daytime television and a clear understanding of the show’s voice and audience

Production schedule runs through May 2026

The pay rate for this role in New York is $1,750.00 to $1,950.00 per week. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
