Overview
TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the Product and Design Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on coordinating interview logistics, candidate communications, and data integrity in the applicant tracking system to help the team meet hiring goals. Responsibilities
Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to coordinate and schedule complex interviews across departments, hiring managers, and time zones. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and provide clear, timely communication to ensure a world-class candidate experience. Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS with a high degree of accuracy. Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations. Track candidate pipelines and support the smooth progression of candidates through the interview process. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations and process efficiency to enhance the overall hiring journey. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of recruiting experience within the tech industry. Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong ownership and ability to work effectively in a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders. Compensation: The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29-$48. Base pay is part of the total package and may include bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits vary by location and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid holidays, sick days, and paid personal time.
