Senior Recruiter for Sales, Digital, Creative, IT & Gaming We’re seeking a skilled
B2B SEO Content Writer
to create high-performing, search-optimized content that helps employers understand and navigate HR, payroll, and compliance solutions. This is a contract role for 2-3 mos. Remote, but PST hours. Experience with mortgage industry - blogs, website content required.

This role blends
strategic SEO thinking
with
clear, accurate B2B writing . You’ll own content from ideation through optimization—partnering closely with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy in complex, compliance-heavy topics.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant B2B and SEO-focused mortgage writing is required for submission.
What You’ll Do SEO Strategy & Topic Development
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value content opportunities for employer-focused search intent
Recommend blog and website topics that can realistically rank and support business goals
Align content strategy with employer services products and compliance priorities
Content Creation & Optimization
Write SEO-focused blog posts and website/landing-page copy that is clear, accurate, and aligned with brand voice
Optimize new and existing content using SEO best practices (titles, headings, internal linking, structure, metadata)
Ensure content balances search performance with readability and credibility
Performance Measurement & Iteration
Monitor content performance using analytics and SEO tools
Make data-driven recommendations to improve rankings, traffic, and engagement over time
AI-Assisted, Human-Led Writing
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO) responsibly to accelerate drafts
Apply strong human judgment, editing, and QA to deliver polished, accurate final content
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, compliance, and subject-matter experts to validate accuracy
Incorporate SME feedback efficiently while maintaining editorial quality and deadlines
Content Focus Areas You’ll write about employer services and compliance-driven topics, including but not limited to:
Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)
ACA reporting
I-9 compliance
Payroll tax and related regulations
Employment and income verification fulfillment
