Coordinator of Football Creative Content – Department of Athletics A role responsible for establishing, maintaining, and executing a creative content strategy for the football program, creating on‑brand visual solutions for social media, print, video, and recruiting materials.

Essential Functions

Promote the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, adhering to all departmental policies, university, ACC, and NCAA rules.

Oversee all aspects of graphic design for the football program, including creating, organizing, and cataloging recruit mailings and videos.

Create graphic templates and content for use on screens within practice and game facilities.

Manage recruiting social media, track, and operate all forms of social media daily; collaborate with SID to represent Wake Forest Football.

Track social media pages of prospects and provide coaches updates on their content.

Act as photoshoot liaison for official visits, coordinating location, equipment, photography, backdrop, lighting, editing, and delivery of photos to prospects.

Work autonomously to ensure projects are completed on time and identify new projects to support recruiting efforts.

Serve as SID liaison for social media content that football posts on all platforms.

Maintain graphics database and schedule delivery to top prospects.

Prepare reports for coaches.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree.

Skill in prioritizing workflow and managing resources.

Detail‑oriented coordination of activities.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite.

Firsthand experience creating content via graphic design platforms.

Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Ability to multitask and demonstrate sound judgment and discretion.

Strong proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Hudl, ARMS Recruiting Software, web and multimedia software (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Demonstrated mastery of social media strategy and best practices on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Successful experience creating digital communications to support recruiting in collegiate athletics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies.

Knowledge of university policies and procedures.

Team‑player attitude.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Willingness to travel extensively as required.
