Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is seeking a Product Designer.
You will be passionate about driving a seamless, service-first experience across digital platforms. Your forward-thinking perspective on UX and design aesthetics will help elevate the ordinary to make it extraordinary, across web, app and shipboard products. To be successful, you will need to be a savvy modern digital UX designer, on top of your game and comfortable working as part of a diverse and talented team of experts and partners. You will ooze passion and be driven to create work that makes the client identity shine. Your day to day is never boring as you work with our service and customer experience teams, our web, app, and shipboard product teams, and client data and content teams to deliver customer centric design solutions.
Essential Responsibilities
Inspire with great design work and excite us with elevating our digital experiences
Develop UX for key phases of web, app and shipboard projects
Work with digital product owners to design experiences that bring products to life
Champion usability, best practices, innovative UX across all platforms
Create prototypes to demonstrate design solutions
Work hand in hand and collaboratively with UI design team
Work with data, insights, and research teams to validate thinking
Collaborate closely with in-house product and content team to produce great work
Create and lead presentations of your work for senior leadership feedback cycles and sign off
Stay on top of new software and UX trends
Develop frameworks to ensure smooth operation of all programs
Opportunity to take on other special projects relevant to past experiences and areas of special expertise and interest
Requirements
3-5+ years of relevant job experience as a Designer of Digital Products (websites, applications)
Experienced UX professional with extensive knowledge of UX best practices and hands‑on experience with interaction/visual design, information architecture, user research and UX strategy
Lifestyle, travel and luxury brand expertise a big plus
Expert at Figma, Sketch, Invision, Abstract, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Keynote
Previous experience with Jira a plus
A well‑rounded portfolio that showcases an on‑brand aesthetic that lends well to a range of audiences
Ability to work at speed in a fast turnaround environment, without sacrificing quality of content
Excellent time management
Thoughtful, empathetic
Comfortable selling in your work, your experience process, and augmenting it with data driven thinking
Can show your creative process and thinking either via sketches or wires, through to final design and development ready files
Creative and open to critique with the ability to focus on the design challenges that come with creating an epic sea change for all
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
