Position Summary:
The Field Marketing Manager is a hands‑on people leader responsible for driving regional field marketing success through dealer relationship development, event marketing, and lead generation strategy execution. The role manages the Field Marketing Lead Generation team while actively participating in dealer visits, trade shows, and consumer events. The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible, travel-heavy environment, balances strategic oversight with on‑the‑ground execution, and excels at building relationships both externally with RV dealers and internally with Sales and Call Center leadership. This position requires frequent travel, including evenings and weekends, and is not based in a single city.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management
Directly manage 2 FTE Field Marketing Lead Generation staff (may include multiple part-time employees)
Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate field marketing staff
Set expectations for professionalism, brand representation, lead quality, and event execution
Create staffing plans for shows, expos, and regional events
Provide hands‑on support at events as needed, including setup, teardown, and lead generation
Field Marketing & Event Execution
Oversee and participate in traveling shows, expos, and industry events
Ensure event displays are professional, clean, organized, and fully stocked
Monitor multi‑day events to maintain brand standards and operational consistency
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety expectations, and travel requirements
Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer engagement
Dealer & Partner Relationship Management
Build new relationships with RV dealers across the assigned region
Maintain existing dealer relationships through regular in‑person visits and digital outreach
Coordinate with Sales leadership to align dealer activity with sales initiatives
Attend industry-relevant trade shows and dealer events
Act as a primary field point of contact for dealer‑related marketing efforts
Lead Generation & Performance Oversight
Ensure high‑quality lead generation aligned with Sales and Call Center needs
Monitor lead flow, quality standards, and follow‑up coordination
Identify opportunities to improve field marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Provide regular reporting and insights to the Field Marketing Director
Schedule & Travel Expectations
Flexible schedule with evening and weekend work required
Extensive regional travel; role is not location‑bound
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in field marketing, sales, event marketing, or related leadership role preferred
Proven experience managing employees or teams
Clean driving record
Ability to travel extensively and work non‑traditional hours
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Comfortable working independently while maintaining alignment with leadership
