high‑energy, results‑driven Practice Manager / CEO
to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, manage staff, and lead our planned 2026 expansion.
Position Summary The Practice Manager / CEO will be responsible for all aspects of operations across Hattiesburg, Meridian, and D’Iberville. This executive‑level role includes managing staff, finances, compliance, patient experience, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate has a
proven track record managing multi‑location medical practices
and excels at building efficient, profitable, and patient‑focused operations. This hands‑on leadership role entails working alongside our staff across all areas of the practice to ensure operational excellence while prioritizing superb patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all locations
Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of clinical and administrative staff (physicians, NPs/PAs, nurses, techs, front desk, billing)
Develop and manage budgets, monitor P&L, maximize collections, and drive revenue growth
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and Mississippi regulations
Lead 2026 expansion: site selection, build‑out oversight, staffing, and marketing launch
Implement standardized policies, procedures, and EHR workflows across all sites
Negotiate vendor contracts and manage multi‑location inventory/equipment
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as primary liaison between ownership, staff, and external partners
Maintain exceptional patient satisfaction and online reputation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MHA, MBA) preferred
5–7 years of medical practice management experience
3+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple locations preferred
Experience in vein/vascular, dermatology, cardiology, or outpatient procedure‑based practices highly desired
Proven track record with practice expansion or de‑novo clinic launches a plus
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, revenue cycle, KPI analysis)Proficiency with EHR/PM systems (e.g., EMA, Nextech, Athena, Epic)
Knowledge of medical coding, billing, and payer contracting in Mississippi
Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or similar credential a plus
Ability and willingness to travel regularly between locations
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Performance/Production Bonus: tied to revenue growth, collections, patient volume, and expansion milestones beginning in Year 2
Total Compensation Potential: $150,000+ in Year 2 and beyond for top performers
