Your role We are looking for an

Account Manager

to join our team and take charge of client success from the earliest stage of the sales cycle through project delivery.

As an

Account Manager , you will be the driving force behind project alignment and client satisfaction. You will start early - during the sales process - to help shape winning offers and stay involved in delivery to ensure both our clients and CodiLime come out on top.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure commercial success as the Contract Owner. You will work closely with Engineers, Solution Architects, and Engineering Managers, but you will be the one making sure everything adds up - technically, commercially, and strategically.

To achieve this, you will:

Own the Proposal Phase: Understand the client's business challenge

Define a high level solution mapping to the problem

Validate and challenge estimations

Create (or help create) an offer that is both competitive and realistic

Know when to walk away from a lead that fails

Monitor project delivery and adapt to changes: Make sure key roles (Engineering Manager, Solution Architect) are involved at the right time

Always be able to summarize what is being delivered and why

Make sure the project stays on track from a business perspective - not just a technical perspective

If the client’s needs change, be prepared to re-structure the contract accordingly

Always prioritize client success while protecting CodiLime’s interests

Do we have a match? As an Account Manager (Contract Owner) you must meet the following criteria:

At least 4 years experience in B2B sales in IT services (customer service roles, such as project/product management, consulting, or sales engineering)

Responsibility as Contract Owner for projects with revenue of at least $1M per year

Strong understanding of both technical and business drivers in software services

Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you know how to work a room, even remotely

Strategic focus on client success and value generation

Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and change direction when necessary

Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM system

Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:

Experience in working with US based clients

Experience in the IT Networking industry will be an asset
