Responsibilities
Design and implement sampling programs for groundwater, soil, and other environmental media.
Analyze and interpret hydrogeologic data and prepare clear, accurate technical reports.
Support hazardous materials (hazmat) assessments for large‑scale NEPA analyses, including corridor studies and Phase I/II site assessments.
Implement programmatic services for long‑term stormwater and groundwater compliance monitoring to meet regulatory requirements in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in hydrogeologic assessments, contaminated site investigations, or similar environmental consulting work.
Experience with groundwater monitoring, soil sampling, or hazmat‑related NEPA or environmental review work.
Oregon or Idaho professional licensure (or ability to obtain within 6 months) preferred.
Strong analysis, report development skills and a detail‑oriented, collaborative mindset.
Compensation Base salary range: $80,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. As employee‑owners, salaries are reviewed annually, with performance‑based bonuses and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
