Responsibilities
Maintain Resident Medical Records
Respond to Medical Records Requests
Schedule and/or provide resident transportation to/from appointments
Resident care according to an approved Care Plan
Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
Understand and practice infection control procedures
Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals
Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
Qualifications
Completed CNA Course/State Licensed
Must be 25 years or older
Clean driving record
High School diploma or GED
Medical Records experience in long-term care setting, preferred
ART, preferred
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Service mentality and a thirst for learning
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance
