The Regional Clinical Training Manager at OrangeTwist plays a pivotal dual‑role encompassing both clinical training and direct patient care. This individual is responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient satisfaction across designated OrangeTwist locations. As a leader and mentor, the Regional Clinical Training Manager will coach and develop clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee adverse event responses, and lead educational and training initiatives on aesthetic procedures. Simultaneously, this role involves performing aesthetic treatments including injectables, lasers, and other non‑invasive procedures, ensuring the Trainer remains an expert practitioner while modeling best‑in‑class care and results. 5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month Compensation

$70+/hourly (base on experience and role) with incentive and commission What You Will Do

Training:

Provide clinical leadership to ensure that OrangeTwist treatments are performed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all medical practices Coach, train, and mentor providers and clinical staff. Provide clinical guidance and answer medical questions as they arise Issue approvals/sign‑offs for providers to start performing designated treatments following observation of their demonstrated skill Support the development of treatment protocols when needed Ensure adherence to all OrangeTwist protocols and policies by clinical staff Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through clinical training and mentoring Support adverse event management (including client communication, determining clinical response to adverse events, etc.) Support efforts regarding regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical board) Manage regional clinical staff performance, including evaluations, feedback, and corrective action processes Ensure consistency and quality of treatment outcomes across OrangeTwist Facilitate live clinical training and education

Teach injection techniques (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) Train on all OrangeTwist treatment modalities. Train on safety protocols, anatomy, and complication management Provide hands‑on training during workshops or private sessions

Aesthetic Provider:

Conduct consultations and develop treatment plans Perform Good Faith Exams Administer injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), lasers, microneedling, etc. Document treatments and patient progress Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑care Manage any side effects or complications Stay trained and certified on all current treatments and technologies

Qualifications

Valid State license to practice as a Physician Assistant OR Valid State license to practice as a Registered Nurse AND Valid State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State 2+ years in a clinical leadership and/or training role, ideally in a multi‑location practice setting Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, state medical boards) and incident management BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required DEA number preferred Additional specialized training in medical aesthetics and injectables Minimum 5 year’s experience with neuromodulators, dermal filler injections, and other cosmetic treatments Forward‑thinking, transparent, and inclusive company culture Competitive salary, incentive plan, generous paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays 401k employee contributions, FSA, HSA, and dependent care options Continuing education with our own University Employee referral bonus program, employee resource groups, and professional development All benefits dependent on role and eligibility All candidate email communication will be done through an @orangetwist.com email address.
