Monitor growth and development through an understanding of key milestones and celebrating their progress.
Build relationships and communication with families and share daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.
Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.
Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
