Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional
Unarmed Flex (Floater) Security Officer
to provide security coverage at an
assigned client location . This position is ideal for experienced security professionals who are flexible, dependable, and able to work a variety of shifts as needed.
Flex Officers must be available to cover
any day and any shift , including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Provide a visible security presence to help maintain a safe and secure environment
Monitor and patrol assigned areas
Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
Control access and assist staff, visitors, and authorized personnel as needed
Complete accurate reports and incident documentation
Follow all company policies and post orders
Requirements
Prior security experience required
(flex/floater experience preferred)
Open availability
to work any shift and any day of the week
Valid Illinois PERC Guard Card (required)
20-Hour Unarmed Security Training Certificate (required)
Strong communication and observation skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

Education Requirements (All) HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All) IL PERC Card 20-hour IL security training certificate
