Part-time position on weekends.

How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future

Welcome and greet VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Assist guests with any requests or concerns, maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout their stay.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any special needs or preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring all amenities are stocked and available for guests.

Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the overall guest experience.

Stay informed about local attractions, events, and hotel offerings to provide accurate information to guests.

Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.

Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Professional Experience

Experience interacting with guests or customers in a service-oriented role.

Academic Background

High School Diploma or equivalent.
