This is a full or part‑time on‑site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), located in Rogers, AR. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress. Additional tasks include providing parent education, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, supervising RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and ensuring adherence to ethical practices and standards within applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
Experience in behavior management and behavior intervention strategies
Knowledge of Psychology and its application to behavior analysis
Ability to effectively provide Parent Education and collaborate with families
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and state licensure, if applicable
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred
Familiarity with data collection and analysis to track progress and make informed decisions
