Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Wellness Practice

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
to join our patient-centric wellness practice in Dallas. As a provider, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic, personalized care. You’ll review patient health profiles, analyze blood work and diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans that address both current medical needs and long-term health goals.
Our philosophy is rooted in
quality over quantity —providers typically see
10+ patients per day , allowing time for thorough consultations and meaningful patient relationships. You’ll serve not only as a healthcare provider but also as a
wellness coach and role model , guiding patients toward lasting health and vitality.
Key Responsibilities
Review comprehensive health profiles, including blood work and diagnostic tests, to assess overall health.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Monitor chronic conditions and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate lifestyle modifications.
Make referrals to specialists when needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Foster and maintain strong patient-provider relationships through a holistic, patient-centered approach.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant,
licensed to practice in Texas .
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a comparable healthcare setting (5 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, empathetic, and patient-focused personality.
Commitment to a
patient-centric philosophy
and a holistic approach to care.
Dedication to
embodying a healthy lifestyle
and serving as a role model for patients.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$9,000–$10,000/month (Fair Market Value) plus
bonus and commission
opportunities.
