Bilingual Research Assistants – Temporary Staff
Position Number: T99892 | Functional Title: Bilingual Research Assistants (English/Spanish) | University: UNC Greensboro | Position Type: Temporary Staff | Recruitment Range: $15/hr | FTE: 0.5 (3 months per year) | FLSA: Non‑Exempt | Open Until Filled: Yes
Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of language assessments to Latino preschool children (training provided) at preschools in the Greensboro and High Point areas.
Assist with data entry.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with children.
Experience with data collection and entry.
Ability to closely follow lab procedures/protocols.
Native‑like fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to preschools.
CITI certification (UNCG Basic Course/Student Researcher Modules/Human Research) or willingness to complete certification prior to starting.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in communication science disorders, early childhood education, education, or psychology.
