Greenhouse - care for plants in greenhouse. Plant, weed, fertilize, water – 30% of time Assist with field research – collect plant samples, label, flag, stake – 20% of time Assist with basic lab protocols – Phytophthora isolation, Xylella isolation, DNA extraction, etc. – 30% of time Assist with basic lab maintenance and chores – wash glassware, autoclave supplies, prepare basic solutions and media, take away trash, etc. – 20% of time
